Hand Model: A Personal Victory I dealt with a painful childhood by nibbling my fingernails right down to the quick, and right through adulthood, they would often bleed. I was ashamed of my hands, and the habit frustrated me as something I felt I could never control.
But in 2001, I made the resolution to overcome my nervous habit. Prayer, nail polish and a daily dose of gelatin helped me accomplish my life-long dream, and today I am a professional hand model. Clients now include BMW, Volvo, jewelry stores, "Plaster and Faux by Vera Meyer," and the Washington Flyer Magazine. Email Sherri LaReaux now. |
